Camille

A Film by Martin Hawie

Camille lives a very controlled life.

Beneath her stoic demeanor however, she harbours a deep-seated inner conflict, which is expressed in her resentment to touch her own skin. This also creates a stark contrast to her everyday job as a massage therapist.

When her mother becomes seriously ill, Camille struggles to overcome her reluctance to visit her in the hospital.

But just as Camille seems stuck in her ways, she unexpectedly discovers a sexual attraction to her next door neighbour, and her life slowly starts to change.
